Music is my starting place.  I do what the music tells my body to do.  I expose its urgency of embodiment.   It’s boldness, passion, drive, and what makes my heart explode.  I can raise my voice using the strength of the dancer.  Through the full arm and leg extensions, strength, and beauty.  The total body movement of one or a community, sharing the gift God has given me.  It is an exercise of obedience, a journey of discovery into how the body can express this bold discipline and what I have been called to do.  It is the joy of being on stage, in the lights, letting go of it all.  Encouraging others to focus on spreading love, joy, and the good things of this world.
